We’re currently seeking dedicated individuals for the following *part-time and casual positions*:
Tax Specialist / Tax Agent
(Part Time 7-day fortnight 9am-2.30pm)
We’re looking for a qualified tax professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services, with a strong understanding of current tax legislation, SMSF and division 7A. You’ll work closely with clients to optimise their tax positions while ensuring full compliance.
Key requirements:
- Registered Tax Agent or working towards registration CPA or CA qualified with a double degree in law and business or similar
- Strong technical tax and tech knowledge including Xero/XPM, FYI, BGL/Cas360, MS Office and Ignition software
- Excellent client communication skills face to face. Phone and virtual
- Attention to detail and deadline-driven
Certified Bookkeeper / BAS agent and Office Coordinator
(Part Time 5-day fortnight 9am – 2pm )
This dual role is perfect for an organised front desk multitasker who enjoys both numbers and people. You’ll manage bookkeeping functions for our clients while coordinating office operations to keep everything running smoothly for our clients and team.
Key requirements:
- Must be a registered BAS agent (or working towards) and certified Bookkeeper with experience and proficiency in Xero, XPM, MYOB and QuickBooks, Cas360, FYI ,MS Office, and ignition accounting software
- Strong organisational, bookkeeping, and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise review complete and sign off on BAS/IAS and STP and manage multiple tasks for clients and team members
- Professional and exceptional communication and time management skills
- Cert IV or Diploma in accounting a must plus Xero certified advisor and payroll certification preferably (Xero training can be provided online)
AI, Marketing and Systems Coordinator - casual role
An exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to help modernise our practice. You’ll research, implement, and optimise AI and social media tools and systems to enhance our efficiency and service delivery. This casual role is ideal for someone who bridges the gap between technology and practical business applications.
Key requirements:
- Understanding of AI and social media tools and automation systems specific to the accounting/finance industry
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency, systemisation, and creativity
- Ability to train team members on new technologies
- Interest in emerging business technologies
- Degree or diploma qualification required
